This book is a valuable rescue, in a facsimile edition, of a historical-literary source, thanks to the outstanding work of an interdisciplinary team of editors. The team presents a rich introductory study that helps to understand the keys to the brief life of Laura Bustos (1884-1897), the provincial girl who wrote poetry while suffering the onslaught of an illness that cut short her life and her pen before she was 13 years old.
