Towards a new configuration of the Magisterium. The educational policies and teacher training (1947-1955)
This work analyzes the restructuration in the upper cycle of normal schools carried out during the Peronist government, in order to characterize the development of teacher training throughout this period. In the first place, the article identifies the requirements to be submitted to those young people who wanted to begin their professional training course in order to obtain the title of national teacher. It also seeks to visualize the impact of these new requirements on the development of the educational level in question. Secondly, this work analyzes the various modifications applied, between 1947 and 1955, in the Plans and Programs of study for the teaching profession. In this regard, we seek to explore the changes and the permanences in the process of transformation of normal schools.
